Another chart-topping band has been added to a star-studded 90s concert that’s taking place in Coventry, Wembley and Cardiff this year.

911 will be performing at the StepBack 90s Concerts in October, Thursday 11th in at Wembley,  Saturday 13th inside the Ricoh Arena’s Ericsson Indoor Arena and Sunday 14th in Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena

They will join other big names such as headliner Peter Andre, Bewitched, 5ive, VengaBoys, S Club, Big Brovas, Booty Luv and Blazin’ Squad.

911 rose to fame in the mid-90s where they had a string of ten top 10 hits in the UK Official Singles Chart over a five year period, including A Little Bit More which went to number one.

The band – which has sold around 10 million singles – is also known for songs such as Bodyshakin’, More Than A Woman and Private Number.

The group had three albums – The Journey (1997), Moving On (1998) and There It Is (1999) with the latter two making it into the Top 10 UK Official Album Chart.

StepBack 90s is being organised by Showtime Promotions, who were also behind last year’s StepBack 80s concert and Sean Paul’s recent gig at the Ricoh Arena.

Dan Nelmes, director at Showtime Promotions, said: “911 have a back catalogue of iconic hits and are a great final addition to the line-up, which has some of the best pop acts from the era.

“This is a great opportunity for 90s kids and their parents to relive some of the old school chart-topping music, while also providing a rare chance for today’s youth to see what pop music was like 20 years ago.

“A limited number of tickets are still remaining for a night that will be jam packed full of feel-good songs.”

This event is for over-14s only, while under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
